What You Will Be Doing

• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience
• Entertain guests and calm their nerves as they board our thrill machines
• Push buttons and pull switches to launch attractions
• Ensure seatbelts are tight, loose items are secure, and lap bars are locked for guest safety
• Enforce rider restrictions and measure for height requirements
• Assist guests in and out of ride vehicles and manage line flow safely
• Maintain cleanliness of ride patios and midways
• Act as a first responder to ride emergencies and respond appropriately

How You Will Do It

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Pass ride certification tests with 100% accuracy
• Pay strong attention to detail and prioritize safety
• Display a friendly, outgoing personality to engage guests
• Maintain a positive attitude to enhance guest experience
• React well in stressful and emergency situations
• Follow directions from managers and supervisors

What You Will Need

• Be at least 16 years old
• Be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach during shifts
• Have excellent verbal communication skills
• Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
