What You Will Be Doing

• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience
• Entertain guests and calm their nerves as they board our thrill rides
• Operate buttons and switches to launch attractions
• Ensure seatbelts are secure, loose items are stored, and lap bars are locked for safety
• Enforce rider restrictions and measure for height requirements
• Assist guests in and out of ride vehicles and manage line flow safely
• Maintain cleanliness of ride patios and midways
• Act as a first responder during ride emergencies and respond appropriately

How You Will Do It

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Pass ride certification tests with 100% accuracy
• Maintain attention to detail and safety standards
• Display a friendly, outgoing personality at the boarding station
• Keep a positive attitude to excite guests about their ride
• React well in stressful and emergency situations
• Follow directions from managers and supervisors
