Job summary

Riceland Foods, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to operate conveying systems, load pallets, and support shipping tasks in Missouri. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional 100 lbs with assistance, basic computer use, and strict adherence to sanitation, HACCP, and inventory procedures with precise recordkeeping.

Responsibilities include moving materials, assembling orders, operating forklift, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Reads production schedules, customer orders, and shipping orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Maintains sanitation tasks and completes SA logs daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Records materials received/distributed and handles paperwork related to inventory.
• Operates forklift to transport material and pallets to truck for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform minor maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Move materials from receiving/production to storage or other areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks by size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Assemble customer orders and place on pallets or at packing stations.
• Open bales, crates, and boxes; record amounts received or distributed.
• Weigh or count items to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Enter records using computer systems and maintain inventory documents.
• Assist in counting physical inventory and maintaining inventory records.
• Comply with all safety rules and procedures; this is a safety-sensitive position.
