Job summary

Rice Lake Weighing Systems, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate forklift and pallet handling equipment, stock and pick parts, and ensure accurate inventory records.

You will follow priority-based workflows, enter data into the inventory system, and work closely with production teams to keep materials flowing. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift or related equipment is preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills required for inventory tasks.
• Familiarity with scanners and inventory data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and pulling equipment.
• Put away incoming freight into stock locations.
• Deliver materials to work centers per priorities.
• Follow portal/work instructions for delivery priorities.
• Ensure accurate counts and data entry into inventory system.
• Move items to correct locations and replenish use points plant-wide.
• Use handheld scanners to verify part numbers and locations.
• Notify parties when material is delayed or needs reorders.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; assist in small pack/LTL as needed.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
