Job summary

WEC Energy Group seeks a RICE Engineer for our RICE power generation sites in Kronenwetter, Union Grove, Negaunee, or Pelkie. The position spans Associate to Senior levels, with progression based on experience and qualifications.

You will perform complex designs, analyses, and project oversight, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with standards. Travel to sites is expected as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Preferred: degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex engineering designs and project schedules.
• Lead operations analysis and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and manage equipment information databases.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis activities and peer checks.
• Update drawings and maintain corporate records per guidelines.
• Support project teams and manage outages and maintenance.
