Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Dallas seeks an Associate for its Advisor Solutions service team to support Registered Investment Advisors, delivering client service and problem solving. You will build relationships and help ensure client satisfaction through onboarding and ongoing support in a fast-paced environment.

You will deliver reporting, participate in quarterly reviews, and help drive product adoption while maintaining risk controls and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years in financial services with an emphasis on client experience.
• Proven ability to build rapport, assess client needs and educate clients on Goldman products.
• Thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven and compliance-focused environment.
• Excellent relationship management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical skills including word processing and spreadsheet use; Salesforce preferred.
• Team player with initiative and leadership demonstrated in related groups.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary/secondary contact for RIAs and craft solutions driving asset growth and retention via GSAS.
• Demonstrate industry and operational expertise across investment and banking products.
• Maintain open communication about events, issues or product releases affecting relationships.
• Collaborate on onboarding new clients, meeting client objectives and supporting new products/services.
• Understand internal risk and advocate for the voice of the client for win-win outcomes.
• Create reporting for leadership on client segment performance and goals.
• Host quarterly reviews with clients to share activity and product trends with detailed statistics.
• Monitor client satisfaction using internal benchmarks and feedback.
