Job summary

Welltower Inc. in New York City seeks a RIA Compliance Officer to oversee the compliance program for its registered investment adviser and related funds focused on senior housing real estate.

You will report to senior management, coordinate Form ADV and Form PF filings, lead trainings, and liaise with regulators, serving as the primary contact for examinations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Significant compliance experience with an SEC registered adviser or related entity.
• Ability to elevate issues to senior management and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of the RIA's compliance program and related policies.
• Report to senior management and committees on compliance matters and regulatory developments.
• Oversee Form ADV, Form PF, and other regulatory filings for the RIA.
• Conduct trainings for personnel covered by the RIA’s compliance program.
• Liaise with internal Welltower stakeholders regarding the RIA.
• Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory examinations and inquiries.
