Job summary

Education Development Center (EDC) seeks a Training and Technical Assistance Associate II for the RI Pre-K PDTA project. This full-time role reports to the Project Director and focuses on building capacity in RI Pre-K classrooms and programs through individual and small group technical assistance and professional development.

Regular on-site presence across Rhode Island is required, with some remote tasks possible.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or teacher certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field required.
• Experience with RI Pre-K systems and QRIS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with RI Pre-K program staff and provide technical assistance at classroom and program levels.
• Develop and facilitate professional development series responsive to program needs.
• Analyze data related to program quality and support quality improvement goals.
• Support timely submission of RI Pre-K grant deliverables.
• Travel regularly to RI sites for on-site work.
