Qualifications

• CPR/AED certified.
• Previous experience teaching rhythm-based or power/metrics-focused cycling classes.
• Strong musicality and ability to curate playlists that match energy and flow.
• Motivational, high-energy presence with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic cycling classes balancing power metrics (watts, cadence, resistance) with music-driven rides.
• Educate participants to use performance data (FTP, heart rate zones) to track progress.
• Create an immersive atmosphere through music, storytelling, and personal connection.
