Qualifications

• Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor with certification from Schwinn, Spinning or similar.
• CPR/AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic cycling classes balancing power metrics with music-driven rides.
• Educate participants to use FTP, heart rate zones, and cadence to track progress.
• Create immersive atmosphere through music, storytelling, and personal connection.
