Our Cycle Instructors create fun, high‑energy class experiences that inspire members of all fitness levels to show up, feel confident, and challenge themselves safely. This includes delivering well‑structured rides, providing clear and effective cueing, and offering modifications so every participant feels supported and successful.

A strong passion for music is essential, as instructors are expected to curate playlists that enhance motivation, rhythm, and flow throughout the ride. Instructors should be able to coach to the beat, maintain class energy, and adapt in real time based on the room.
