Rhynologisticsinc in Los Angeles seeks a dependable delivery driver to join our on-road team. You will safely deliver packages to residential, retail, and business locations while maintaining customer service excellence.

The role requires strong English communication, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Shifts typically run 8–10 hours with paid breaks; a valid US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, with weekends and holidays as needed.
• Pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (pre-employment testing for marijuana not included).
• Ability to squat, walk, and lift for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Safely deliver packages to customers located in residential neighborhoods and schools
• Safely and cooperatively engage with coworkers, management and vendors/third-parties
• Safely and professionally interact with customers and the general public while delivering packages to residential, retail, and business locations
• Carry out a series of instructions and handle company property without constant supervision
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
• Fuel vans daily
• Maintain van cleanliness
• Assist in recruitment efforts as needed

• $19.00/hour (paid biweekly)
• Full- and part-time availability
• Minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
• Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment (unless seasonal)
• Shifts are 9:10 AM-5:40 PM (8-10 hour shifts are typical)
• Operational 7 days/week
• Weekends are worked
• Black-out periods (no PTO usage) for busy times: 2 weeks in July and October, & from Black Fri through New Year's

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be available to work from Monday to Friday mostly

• Available to work weekends and holiday shifts (NO EXCEPTIONS)
