Top Tier Logistics Operations is seeking a reliable Full-Time Driver to deliver packages for Amazon in Alexander, AR. You will be on the road, benefit from a fast-paced environment and a strong safety focus.

Ideal candidates are independent, punctual, and ready to handle a variety of situations. Shifts typically run from 9:30a to 7:00p with 4-day workweeks and paid breaks, and insurance options are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle.
• Follow all local and state laws, road regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; lift packages up to 50 lbs; work in all weather and on various routes.
• Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone for GPS, scanning packages, clocking in/out, and communication with supervisors.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle.
• Support daily work requirements including rescue calls when needed.

Job Description

This is a Full-Time Driver position with Top Tier Logistics Operations (the "Company") delivering packages for Amazon.

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the Company.

• Military veterans are welcome.
• Commerical , DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus , but not mandatory.
• As we grow, supervisory roles will be available.

Approximate hours are 9:30a to 7:00 pm. Shifts typically range between 7-10 hours per day.

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $20.50 an hour (paid weekly)
• 10-hour shifts are typical
• 4-day workweek 40 hours is typical
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (Note: Employees who work on average less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance)
• Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening (this is NOT a THC-friendly position, even if you hold a medicinal marijuana card).
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
