We are looking for a RHTP Grant Analyst for a 12-month contract opportunity that is onsite in Indianapolis, IN. The RHTP Grant Analyst serves as a key resource for ensuring sub awardee compliance with all state and federal requirements under the Rural Health Transformation Program. This role provides analytical oversight of operational processes, financial stewardship, and data integrity for funded sub awardees. Core responsibilities include developing and maintaining monitoring systems to identify and mitigate risks, conducting targeted fiscal and programmatic reviews, and supporting sub awardees in building the capacity needed to meet grant expectations. This work ensures that regional strategies are data driven, compliant, and aligned with Indiana’s long-term vision for rural health transformation.

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
