We are currently searching for a Sr. Recruiter to join our Staffing team in Pipersville, PA. We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

  • U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
  • Army National Guard (ARNG)
  • U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
  • U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
  • U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
  • Air National Guard (ANG)
  • U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

  • Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for part-time medical and dental positions through various recruiting and sourcing methods, including but not limited to social media, employee referrals, cold calling, institutional partnerships, and college/universities.
  • Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications.
  • Contacts candidates to ascertain fit and schedules interviews.
  • Educates candidates on the intricacies of the military readiness events in which they would provide services.
  • Extends offers and negotiates compensation.
  • Fulfills staffing needs in a timely manner, prior to events.
  • Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
  • Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
  • Attends daily meetings to assess staffing needs.
  • Posts hiring ads to all necessary platforms.
  • Manages candidate inquiries and applications through PAYLOCITY and other relevant platforms.
  • Strives to meet key metrics.
  • Demonstrates urgency in filling open positions with RHRP: Events are confirmed 7-10 days; ability to recruit in a fast-paced environment with a high turnover rate - 2 weeks.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education - Associate/Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience required in lieu of degree.
  • Experience – 6+ years.
