Sanofi is seeking an experienced Rhinology Medical Science Liaison for the West region. This remote US role engages KOLs and healthcare stakeholders, maps the field, and builds long‑term relationships to support medical strategies and evidence generation.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs and other teams, travel nationally as needed, and stay compliant with regulatory boundaries between non-promotional medical activities and commercial operations.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a technical, scientific or medical field (MD/PhD/PharmD preferred) or other Life Science degree.
• West territory coverage: California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii; reside near a major airport with travel.
• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical industry, MSL role, or relevant clinical practice; MSL experience preferred.
• Clear understanding of medical practice, clinical decision making, and healthcare systems related to patient care.

Aufgaben

• Scientific Engagement: conduct one-on-one and group interactions with KOLs and healthcare stakeholders.
• Stakeholder mapping: identify and prioritize ~50 stakeholders and align plans with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Relationship building: develop long-term peer relationships with KOLs, payers, and HCPs.
• Congress & events: attend congresses, symposia, and organize educational meetings.
• Medical information: respond to requests for medical information and support speaker training.
• Insight generation: gather feedback, evaluate studies, and report insights to inform strategies.
• Internal collaboration: share scientific information across internal teams with compliance.
• Evidence generation support: identify sites, monitor epidemiology, and support ISS submissions.
• Policy awareness: understand healthcare policies at local, state, and national levels.
