Sanofi is seeking a Rhinology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for the West region. This remote US role partners with KOLs and healthcare stakeholders to advance scientific understanding of Sanofi products and to inform medical strategies through evidence generation.

The MSL will navigate regulatory guidelines, collaborate across Medical Affairs, and contribute to physician education and research opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a technical, scientific or medical field is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex data.
• Proven ability to interpret key scientific data and translate to educational needs.
• Experience in engaging with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare stakeholders.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Conduct one-on-one and group interactions with KOLs and healthcare stakeholders, sharing medical information.
• Identify and map ~50 stakeholders and develop territory and engagement plans.
• Build long-term relationships with KOLs, payers, and HCPs through clinical knowledge.
• Attend scientific congresses and organize educational meetings or advisory boards.
• Respond to medical information requests and support speaker training.
• Gather insights from interactions and evaluate studies to inform strategies.
• Share science and insights with Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Regulatory, and others while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Identify clinical trial sites, monitor disease epidemiology, and support protocol development.
• Understand local, state, and national healthcare policies affecting the therapeutic area.
• Work remotely with minimal supervision and travel as needed while maintaining non-promotional boundaries.
