Qualifications

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent, certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery or American Osteopathic Boards of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery (or foreign equivalent), and eligible for a Washington State medical license.
• Completed Fellowship in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery.
• Demonstrated clinical excellence and a record or trajectory of scholarly contribution commensurate with rank.
• For H-1B visa sponsorship, graduates of foreign medical schools must show successful completion of all 3 steps of USMLE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Engage in teaching, research, and service as UW faculty.
• Maintain a high-volume rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery practice.
• Collaborate with neurosurgery and ophthalmology teams.
• Engage in research focusing on areas critical to the specialty.
• Participate in standard faculty call.
