Capital Medical Group, in partnership with The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, invites applications for a full-time Academic Rhinologist and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgeon to join its growing Division of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Completion of a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (ACGME-accredited).
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery or Advanced Rhinology.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and surgical management of rhinologic and sinonasal disorders.
• Perform advanced rhinologic procedures including functional endoscopic sinus surgery.
• Collaborate with neurosurgery on anterior skull base pathology using minimally invasive approaches.
• Lead development of a multidisciplinary Rhinology and Anterior Skull Base Center.
• Establish and expand a regional referral network for complex rhinology and skull base surgery.
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinics, tumor boards, and care conferences.
• Educate, mentor, and supervise residents and medical students.
• Engage in scholarly activities including research and educational innovation.
• Contribute to departmental and institutional service missions.
