Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Rheumatology clinic in an outpatient capacity. The role focuses on musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions, delivering patient education and coordinated care with physicians and the medical team.

You will monitor and administer biologic and specialty medications, participate in treatment planning, and support patients through complex regimens.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensure: NH RN or Compact State RN License.
• BLS qualification during orientation; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients on chronic disease management and treatment plans.
• Administers and monitors biologic and specialty medications.
• Collaborates with physicians, MAs and other health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Communicates plans of care to patients and families for input.
