Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Ambulatory Rheumatology team in Manchester, NH. This full-time, outpatient role focuses on musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions, with collaboration across physicians and staff to deliver coordinated care.

The RN will educate patients on disease management, administer biologics, and support patients through complex treatment plans in a dynamic, specialty-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• NH RN license or Compact license.
• BLS certification obtained during orientation and maintained.
• ACLS preferred.
• Rheumatology experience welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on chronic disease management and lifestyle modifications.
• Administer and monitor biologic and specialty medications.
• Collaborate with physicians, MAs, and the healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Support patients through complex treatment plans.

Education

New Hampshire RN license or Compact State RN license

BSN preferred

BLS during orientation

ACLS preferred
