Job summary

Community Clinic in Fayetteville, AR is seeking an experienced Rheumatology RN for a newly established Rheumatology clinic. The RN focuses on clinical care delivery, patient education, care coordination, and disease management to improve outcomes.

This in-person, full-time role runs Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. You will support patients with chronic autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions, assist providers, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience in rheumatology, autoimmune disease, or chronic care management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to rheumatology patients during visits.
• Obtain and document vital signs, health histories, and chief complaints using clinical judgment.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatment plans specific to rheumatologic conditions.
• Administer medications and injections safely and according to protocol.
• Educate patients on chronic disease management, medications, side effects, and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate care across providers, including referrals to specialists, labs, imaging, and infusion services.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record.
