Job summary

Revo Health in Minnesota is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to support patient care and administrative tasks in the Rheumatology department. The role is full-time and in‑person, with schedule Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, split between Hudson and Woodbury.

Key duties include managing prior authorizations and scheduling, communicating with providers and patients, ensuring insurance requirements are met, and coordinating with staff and insurers to maintain smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of prior authorization experience.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Strong understanding of prior authorization and infusion scheduling.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage prior authorizations and scheduling for rheumatology and infusion patients.
• Provide communication and liaison between providers and patients.
• Obtain benefit, referral and/or authorization requirements per insurance guidelines.
• Follow up on patient inquiries, contacting providers/insurers as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of health plan requirements and networks.
• Collaborate with providers, clinical staff and insurers to ensure efficient workflow.
