Job summary

UMass Memorial Health, the premier health partner of Central Massachusetts, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Clinical Rheumatologist to join the Division of Rheumatology and UMass Memorial Medical Group. This full-time clinical faculty role offers outpatient care across Worcester, Leominster, Uxbridge, and Marlborough with a strong teaching component.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Rheumatology.
• MD or DO degree with eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts.

• Strong communication skills and interest in teaching and clinical collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care across multiple practice sites (Worcester, Leominster, Uxbridge, Marlborough).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient treatment plans.
• Participate in weekly divisional meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in academic teaching and supervise/mentor trainees and students.
