Job summary

UMass Memorial Health, the premier health and wellness partner of Central Massachusetts, seeks a board-eligible or board-certified Clinical Rheumatologist to join the Division of Rheumatology and UMass Memorial Medical Group. This full-time clinical faculty position provides care for autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal diseases within a multidisciplinary setting.

Work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule and no on-call duties, outpatient care across Worcester and surrounding

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Rheumatology with eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills and interest in teaching and clinical collaboration

Responsibilities

• Provide rheumatology care across multiple practice sites (Worcester, Leominster, Uxbridge, Marlborough)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient treatment plans
• Engage with trainees and students as part of an academic mission
