Position Highlights:

1. 100% outpatient practice
2. Epic EMR across all sites
3. Strong referral system from 100+ PCPs and 32+ clinical sites
4. No in-office procedures required
5. Full spectrum Rheumatology with access to subspecialists for referrals
6. Pension Plan: You contribute 6.75% of your gross pay with a 100% employer match
7. Up to $125,000 loan repayment
8. $2,000/month fellow stipend
9. 33 days PTO
10. Join two other full-time Rheumatologists
11. 18-20 patients per day
12. Base salary of $250,000 plus wRVU productivity and quality incentives
13. No inpatient rounding; light phone consults only; patients managed by hospitalist team
