Overview
JOB SPECIFICS:
- OSF Medical Group seeks an additional board-certified/board-eligible Rheumatologist to join our growing team alongside an established Rheumatologist in a rapidly expanding market.
- The Rheumatology practice is supported by a dedicated team that manages scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy needs.
- This is an outpatient-only position with a strong referral base.
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with built-in administrative time.
- Epic EMR is used for electronic medical records.

- Full-time, clinical base salary range: $310,000–$359,334.
- This range is an estimate and may be impacted by factors such as experience, qualifications, community needs, and additional compensation components like bonuses or incentives.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Physician licensed to practice medicine in the current state.
- Licensed by the DEA and Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
- Board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty(s). Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and privileges.
- Eligible to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal programs.
- Qualified for OSF's professional malpractice coverage.

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned with patient preferences, goals, and needs.
