Job summary

Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join our outpatient-focused practice. Qualifications

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited IM residency and rheumatology fellowship.
• BE/BC in Rheumatology by the ABMS or AOA.
• Ability to obtain/maintain NH medical license and DEA.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of rheumatic diseases (RA, lupus, gout, other autoimmune conditions).
• Lead and mentor within our teamlet model, precepting APPs and shaping rheumatology care.
• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical setting.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team committed to whole-person care.
• Utilize on-site infusion suite for streamlined patient treatment.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and contribute to practice growth.
