Rheumatology Opportunity with Multi-Specialty Private Practice in the Bay Area

Join a diverse and patient-focused team with a multi-office practice spanning from San Francisco to Sacramento, including an office in Redding. This opportunity offers flexible employment models and competitive compensation.

Practice Details

• Locations: San Francisco, Sacramento, Redding
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, no weekends
• EMR: Epic

Compensation & Benefits

• First-year salary: $300,000
• Post-first year: Transition to 1099 productivity model with 60/40 split or W2 employment options
• Compensation range: 50-90% MGMA for total earnings
• Payor mix: Primarily Medicare and Private Insurance, with some Medicaid and Self Pay
• Paid Malpractice with Tail Coverage
• Additional pay for supervising APPs
• Signing Bonus, Relocation Bonus, CME allowance, 401K with employer match up to 3%
