FOUR SQUARED SOLUTIONS is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner specializing in Rheumatology for the Greater Deltona area. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of clinical experience and will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with rheumatologic conditions.

Qualifications

Current Florida Nurse Practitioner license.
National NP certification (AANP or ANCC).
DEA registration and prescriptive authority.
2-5 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in rheumatology.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with rheumatologic conditions.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up visits.
Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic testing.
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Educate patients regarding disease management and treatment options.
