Job summary

Unity Health Network, part of Optum, is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA/CNS) to join a rheumatology team in Hudson, Ohio. This outpatient clinic offers an on-site infusion suite, strong referrals, and supportive staff to promote high-quality patient care.

You will evaluate and treat patients with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a physician-led environment that values work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Clinical Nurse Specialist license in OH.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain one.
• National certification appropriate to APP role (AANP/ANCC/NCCPA).
• BLS certification (by demonstrating current status).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with rheumatologic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor outcomes.
• Perform musculoskeletal and joint examinations and order labs/imaging.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care coordination.
• Provide patient education and participate in disease management programs.
