Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. We are seeking an experienced Academic Rheumatologist Physician to join our organization.

Position Highlights

• Join our growing Rheumatology division, consisting of 3 MD’s and strong support staff.
• Baystate Medical Center is the region’s only level 1 trauma center and major referral care center for Rheumatology. Candidates will have the ability to practice collaboratively within the Dept. of Medicine seeing a diverse patient population consisting of all ages.
• Enjoy your work/life balance as we offer an Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm schedule. Rotational call schedule as needed.
• Faculty appointment to UMass Chan Medical School – Baystate with time for clinical innovation, educational program development, teaching, and research. Ability to participate in conferences and lectures, teach our Internal Medicine and Med-Peds residents.
• Opportunity to lead and grow our developing Rheumatology Fellowship program for those with educational experience.
