Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, seeks a Rheumatologist to join our Worcester, MA team. As a member of Optum Care Delivery, you will be part of a national network with local impact.

We offer a collaborative environment with strong support staff, on-site MRI, infusion, bone density, and telemedicine. Teaching and potential academic opportunities exist within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Rheumatology
• Unlimited Licensure in Massachusetts
• Active DEA License

• Collegial group practice with a large referral base
• Call schedule - 1:7
• 7 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practitioner
• On site infusion, bone density, MRI (Worcester), and blood draw
• Established and expanding telemedicine
• State of the art Epic EMR system
• Dedicated practice management systems in place
• Resident and student teaching; and clinical research opportunity available if desired
• Opportunity for academic appointment

Required Qualifications:

• BC/BE in Rheumatology
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Active DEA License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a Team Care model
• Fluency in EMR systems & technology

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $224,000 - $371,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
