Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college program or nursing diploma.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license - Arkansas or Compact State.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and effective nursing care that is patient- and family-centered.
• Assesses patient needs, plans care, and communicates with the care team.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs and goals.
• Establishes and promotes standardized nursing practices per AC model.
