Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college program or technical school or nursing diploma.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing recommended.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license - Arkansas or Compact State.
• Nursing - 1 year of experience (1 of the following).
• Demonstrates a competent level of understanding AC Model of Patient and Family-Centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provides competent level of nursing practice to autonomously provide safe and effective patient and family centered care.
• Analyzes information to identify problems and outcomes, evaluates variations and patterns in patient data and responds to changes in condition.
• Communicates and collaborates with documentation, hand-offs and rounds for continuity of care and outcomes.
• Mentors, coaches, and teaches healthcare professionals and students.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
