Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Rhode Island or in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact.
• BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of the Rhode Island Nurse Practice Act.
• Ability to provide care to patients across the life span with cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Triages patient calls and schedules appropriate appointments.
• Obtains medical history, vitals, and concerns during initial visits.
• Assists with procedures and injections as needed.
• Provides rheumatology education and coordinates referrals and labs.
