Job summary

Summit Rheumatology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Rheumatology to deliver comprehensive patient care in an outpatient clinic setting in Littleton, CO.

In this full-time role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat rheumatologic conditions, perform joint injections and MSK ultrasound, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while using an advanced EHR system. Excellent training and patient education are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• Current, unrestricted NP/PA licensure in the state of employment.
• Board certification by a recognized national body (ANCC, NCCPA).
• Experience performing joint injections and musculoskeletal ultrasound.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive rheumatology evaluations including history, exam, and testing.
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, and PsA.
• Prescribe DMARDs, biologics, and corticosteroids as appropriate.
• Perform joint injections and MSK ultrasound per guidelines.
• Coordinate care with rheumatology team and other specialties.
• Document encounters in the EHR and ensure quality care.
