Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Rheumatology NP or PA to join our Phoenix, AZ team. You will be supported by a full team of physicians, behavioral health specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered rheumatology care.

Excellent work hours and a competitive salary with a base in the $130K-$160K range, plus a productivity bonus. The position includes health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), life and disability coverage, retirement savings with match, and paid time

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA licensure in Arizona.
• CPR certification and DEA license.
• Ability to work well in a team and multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide rheumatology patient care as NP/PA with physician support.
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a team-based setting.
• Attend to scheduling and clinic workflow to optimize patient access.
