Job summary

The University Hospitals system is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider in Rheumatology for our Cleveland Medical Center outpatient team, with travel to Beachwood location. This full-time day shift role emphasizes patient access, education, and evidence-based care.

Required RN/NP/PA licensure in Ohio, MSN or PA degree, and 1+ year of NP/PA experience; ACLS preferred. You will work within care paths, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold MSN or PA degree as required by UH and Ohio board.
• 1+ years NP/PA experience preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership and collaboration.
• Proficient with computers and UH mainframe access.
• Strong communication and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and establish diagnosis per care plans.
• Develop and implement care plans following protocols.
