Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Rheumatologist for a full-time, on-site position in Rutland, Vermont. Join an established clinical team in a patient-centered outpatient setting with strong administrative support.

The role emphasizes evaluation and management of complex rheumatic diseases, procedures, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Competitive compensation and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship.
• Active Vermont license or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification or active board eligibility in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology; DEA registration.
• Experience in outpatient specialty practice and EMR charting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat complex rheumatic, autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Obtain histories, perform exams, assess disease activity and treatment response.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, bone health assessments, and data.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including DMARDs and biologics.
• Perform office-based procedures like joint injections and aspirations.
• Educate patients and families and maintain compliant EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty colleagues to provide coordinated care.
• Participate in protocol development, meetings and credentialing processes.
