Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Rheumatology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois state medical license.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive rheumatologic care for autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases.
• Collaborate within a team-based care model alongside other providers.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for all encounters.
