Tulane University School of Medicine, Section of Allergy, Immunology, & Rheumatology is seeking a Rheumatologist to become a full-time faculty member at a large university-affiliated medical center in the New Orleans Metropolitan area.
Candidate will receive an academic appointment at Tulane University School of Medicine at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, dependent on previous academic accomplishments and experience. This individual will join a team who is committed to expanding excellent Rheumatology care at clinics within Tulane Downtown campus, East Jefferson General Hospital, Lakeview Hospital, and possibly additional contracts with other facilities. The faculty member will participate in the academic and clinical programs in the Section of Allergy, Immunology, & Rheumatology at Tulane University. These activities will include Rheumatology clinical duties (outpatient and inpatient consults), participation in fellow conferences, giving periodic lectures, teaching students, and house officers.
