Henderson Group in Munster, IN invites a Rheumatologist to join a well-established healthcare team. This full-time role offers a balanced schedule with a 1:3 call rotation and opportunities to design your practice around professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment.

You will diagnose and manage autoimmune diseases, oversee in-office infusions, and perform procedures such as joint aspirations and injections, while educating patients on disease progression and safe medication use.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Rheumatology or board-eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of Indiana Medical License or eligibility and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with other specialists.

Responsabilités

• Provide diagnostic, treatment, and management for autoimmune and inflammatory disorders including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis and vasculitis.
• Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic with focus on chronic disease and complex autoimmune cases.
• Oversee in-office infusion services, including biologic therapies administration and monitoring.
• Perform clinical procedures such as joint aspirations, ultrasound-guided and soft tissue injections.
• Educate patients on long-term disease progression, medication safety, and lifestyle changes.

Job Type : Full-time Monday – Friday, 1:3 call rotation
Location: Munster, IN

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized diagnostic, treatment, and management for a full spectrum of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, and vasculitis.
• Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic with a focus on chronic disease management and complex multi-system autoimmune cases.
• Oversee and manage in-office infusion services, including the administration and monitoring of biologic therapies.
• Perform clinical procedures such as joint aspirations, ultrasound-guided injections, and soft tissue injections as part of a comprehensive treatment plan
• Provide patient education regarding long-term disease progression, medication safety, and lifestyle modifications.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Rheumatology, or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
