Job summary

NP Now, LLC in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join a nonprofit healthcare system.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) with a 4.5‑day work week, 36 patient-contact hours, and 4 admin hours weekly, plus call rotation. Strong support from MAs and a robust referral base enhance care delivery.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Rheumatologist required.
• Indiana Medical License or license in progress required.

Responsibilities

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• 4.5‑day work week with 36 patient‑contact hours and 4 administrative hours per week
• Call rotation with 1:18–20 call per day during rotational holidays
• Dedicated MA support including one MA for prior authorizations
• Opportunity for outreach to Central Indiana locations
• Strong primary care referral base with 150+ new patient referrals monthly
• Collaborate closely with Pulmonology and Nephrology
