Job summary

Lee Health is seeking a full-time BC/BE physician in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology to join a busy, growing practice. The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained in Rheumatology and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

This outpatient-only opportunity includes practice locations in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Estero, with the position primarily based in Fort Myers. The call schedule is 1:5 and consists of light, office-based call only—no hospital responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in Rheumatology and board eligible/board certified in Internal Medicine.
• Outpatient-only rheumatology practice with collaboration across Lee Health.
• Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rheumatology care across multiple Lee Health locations (Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists and Pain Management.
• Maintain continuity of care and participate in a light 1:5 call schedule.

The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained in Rheumatology and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
