Job Description

Summit Health is actively recruiting a board certified or board eligible Rheumatologist to expand its Rheumatology Department. You will join a team of well-respected rheumatologists providing outpatient clinic services and infusion services in a dedicated, state‑of‑the‑art biologic infusion suite. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative, multi-specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient rheumatology clinic visits, including history and physical exam, diagnosis, and management.
• Administer biologic infusion therapies and monitor patients during infusion.
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and value-based care programs.
