Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Administrator to strengthen our Red Hat Linux-based infrastructure. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and automating secure production environments, onboarding new software, and integrating DevSecOps with a unified team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Red Hat Linux administration in an enterprise environment.
• Certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, CompTIA Linux+, and Security+.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux OS (RHEL 7+/CentOS 7+) and its core components, including kernel, libraries, and RPM/YUM.
• Solid understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP.
• A strong understanding of secure system design and operational security principles.
• Ability to document processes and clearly communicate technical risks to stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers.
• Automate onboarding, installing, configuring, and deploying applications to a secure production environment.
• Develop and maintain a platform that automates Linux maintenance and patching.
• Conduct routine and complex troubleshooting related to OS, configurations, and updates.
• Collaborate with development teams to support the full application lifecycle from onboarding to production deployment.
• Ensure all systems meet government and organizational security requirements (e.g., NIST, STIGs).
• Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis for system and application issues.
• Coordinate with team members and customers to propose and implement service improvements.
