Job summary

Opelousas General Health System is seeking an experienced Rural Health Clinic Practice Manager to oversee the operational, regulatory, financial, quality, and personnel aspects of the hospital-owned RHC in Opelousas. You will apply CRHCP knowledge to ensure survey readiness, reimbursement accuracy, and adherence to Louisiana requirements, while leading staff and coordinating across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Healthcare/Business Administration preferred.
• Three to five years of ambulatory healthcare supervisory or management experience.
• Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional (CRHCP) certification required and current.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CMS RHC conditions for certification compliance and survey readiness.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to manage clinic operations and staffing.
• Oversee revenue cycle processes and cost reporting in collaboration with Finance.
• Provide direct supervision and leadership to clinic staff and manage recruiting and training.
• Lead quality improvement and emergency preparedness activities.
