Qualifications

• Manual dexterity to quickly move and assemble objects.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and basic repairs.
• Forklift certification for safe operation per OSHA standards.
• Ability to sequence actions and follow procedures.
• Good close-range vision for detailed work.
• Flexibility to bend, stretch, and reach.
• Fast finger movements for repetitive tasks.
• Coordination of multiple limbs during operation.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds overhead to 6 feet.
• Stamina to stand/walk for 12 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate RHB processing systems following process guidelines.
• Collaborate with shift to maximize production and guide packer/utility staff.
• Ensure product quality meets customer specifications.
• Review daily production to meet efficiency goals.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot process issues, mold setups, and related tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely equipment repairs.
• Complete all required process paperwork and GMP compliance.
