Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Product Analyst to support Revenue Growth Management products across the US & Canada. You will translate business needs into requirements, backlogged readiness, and validate solutions, partnering with teams to deliver improvements in pricing, promotion, planning, and data integration.

Hybrid role based in White Plains, NY or other US hubs, with collaboration across Finance, Sales, Data, and IT. Competitive base pay plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an IT-related role with product or business analysis.
• Experience supporting sales planning, RGM, or trade promotion.
• Strong requirements gathering and clear communication.
• Knowledge of agile delivery, backlog management, sprint ceremonies.
• Experience with BI tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Understand processes, gather requirements, write user stories and criteria.
• Prepare backlog items defined, testable.
• Coordinate with teams to clarify requirements and outcomes.
• Support testing, validation, release readiness, deployment.
• Monitor performance, data quality, and adoption.
